Partners Rob & Ritchie Svhila and Neil Gianni founded the inaugural Gianni's Pizza establishment in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania approximately a decade ago. Following the triumph of their Burgettstown location, they expanded their enterprise to three additional outlets in the outskirts of Pittsburgh before extending their reach to the Frostburg/Cumberland locale in early 2003. Gianni's Frostburg commenced operations on January 13, 2003, situated at 163 East Main Street. Subsequently, it relocated to 1 West Main Street and underwent a change in ownership in July 2006.

The current proprietor, a Frostburg local and Frostburg State University alumnus, had been immersed in the pizza industry since December 2000 when he commenced employment as a delivery driver at Domino's Pizza in Frostburg. Leveraging his educational background from FSU alongside insights garnered from various work experiences, he reinvigorated the essence of Gianni's. Over the last six years, Gianni's has faithfully catered to Frostburg and its environs.

The cornerstone of our operation lies in our commitment to utilizing fresh ingredients. Our signature fresh sauce, cheese, and dough are meticulously concocted in-house each day to ensure unparalleled quality. Distinguishing ourselves as the sole purveyor of authentic New York-style brick oven pizza crafted on-site, Gianni's remains steadfast in our dedication to delivering excellence.
